During an eye exam our optometrist will evaluate your visual acuity, assess your eye health, and check for any eye diseases or conditions. We may also perform additional tests to determine your prescription for glasses or contact lenses.
Please bring your insurance card(s), a list of any medications you are currently taking, and your current eyeglasses and/or contact lenses.
If you have a copy of your old eyeglass and/or contact lens prescription, that is helpful (but not required).
The price varies depending on your insurance coverage and the type of exam you require. Please give us a call for more information (Coon Rapids 763-712-7766, St. Louis Park 763-582-9612).
Select health insurance plans from Medica, Ucare, Health Partners, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MN, and Medicare are accepted.
Vision plans including Spectera, Davis Vision, BCBS FEP Vision, Superior Vision, Avesis, and Costco Employee Vision are accepted. (Please note: we are out-of-network and unable to bill VSP and Eyemed).
For self-pay patients, we accept cash and all types of cards, including Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards. We will provide you an itemized receipt if you'd like to submit it to an out-of-network insurance yourself.
